This property requires a 30 day booking minimum. You’ll love this Cozy Mountain Cottage. When you enter you are greeted with a grand picture window showing a view of Lake Arrowhead. There is a Full kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. There is a pull-out bed from the living room sofa. There is a full washer and dryer in the unit. The bedroom has sweeping views of the lake, and access to the private deck which has bar seating overlooking the lake and comfortable sofa to sit and relax.
The barbecue is for your use, guest is responsible for the propane. The space Guests have the exclusive use of the downstairs cabin. It has sweeping views from every window facing Lake Arrowhead. Please note: This is not ADA compatible, as there are two flights of stairs to the front door from the parking deck. There is a large living room with a cozy sectional, which also turns into a pull-out bed. There is a dining room table for 3.
The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There is a full size washer and dryer. The bathroom is nicely decorated with a unique stone shower and countertops. There are smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. It also has deck access and a full balcony to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning, a bar with stools overlooking the forest below and the scenic lake. There is a unit upstairs, Unit A. It is rarely occupied.. There may be noise coming from there when guests or owner is staying upstairs. It is mostly carpeted, so there shouldn’t be much sound. We ask that guests remove their shoes as well from upstairs.
Guests have access to the full unit downstairs. There is another unit upstairs. The first flight of stairs is shared by the unit above. And the parking deck is also shared. One car on the parking deck for each unit.
You’ll love this Cozy Mountain Cottage. This unit has a Full kitchen. 1 bedroom, 1 bath. There is a pull-out bed in the sofa in the living room. There is also a full size stackable washer and dryer for your convenience behind the mirrored closet in the living room. Not responsible for Internet Outages or service interruptions, that is out of our control. You are in the mountains, that occurs sometimes. This cabin is nestled in the middle of the forest. You will hear and see animals from time to time scurrying about. There are raccoons, squirrels, and many sorts of animals making their nests this time of year. Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance or request for repair service. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported within 3 hours. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is remedied, or addressed, there will be no further remuneration or refund. Please note: When turning on the hot water for the shower, you must wait a few minutes for the shower to get hot. There will be 5 minutes when it’s hot, then turn cold. Just leave the shower on and it will get hot and stay hot. Please be sure to turn on the heater when you arrive if it is cold, the thermostat is to the left of the refrigerator on the wall, so the unit warms up to your liking. The air conditioner is also to the left of the fridge, turn on if it’s too warm for your liking.
Because there are snow storms in the winter, we will not be responsible for any weather related cancellations. There is a barbecue on the deck, Host not responsible for propane. There is Jensens Market in town, in Blue Jay, just swap out the tank for a small fee, and you’re good to go. There is a unit upstairs, Unit A. It is rarely occupied. Please bring chains with you in the winter. Note: the tv in the bedroom is not an adjustable tv, do not attempt to move it. Please put trash in black garbage bags provided under sink and place them in trash bins at the curb upon leaving.
You are allowed two (2) per stay. Also, clean your dishes and put them away upon departure or there is an extra fee of $25 charged by our cleaning crew. We charge a pet fee of $100 per month for long bookings. For shorter stays, there is a $50 per pet fee per stay. There is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door of Unit A which actively records live sound and video 24/7. There is a Feit floodlight and camera mounted under the parking deck with 24/7 active picture and voice recording overlooking the arrival of any guests from the first flight of stairs to Unit A for your safety. It overlooks all guests coming down the first flight of stairs. Also, we encourage guests to purchase CFAR cancellation insurance to protect your trip as we will adhere to our cancellation policy.
